At-home
Home euthanasia allows you to live the departure of your pet in the privacy of your home.
Euthanasia assistance, what is it?
It means to help and assist the vetenarian during the euthanasia procedure. Once you have made the decision to proceed with the euthanasia of your companion, all you have to do is call us and we will take care of the whole process; from making an appointment to returning the ashes. Our company takes care of the transport and cremation of your animal. During the euthanasia appointment, you can choose between 3 types of cremations:
Regular cremation
Aussi appelée « de groupe » ou « commune ». Also known as "group" or "communal" This means that your pet will be cremated with other animals.
Private cremation
Allows you to collect your pet's ashes. We offer a choice of urn included in our prices.
Viewing and visitation cremation
When you wish to attend the cremation of your animal and recover these ashes.
Note that it is also possible to obtain a paw print, a commemorative jewel or several other souvenirs.
We do business with Crémanimo and Incimal for cremations and various souvenirs.
It is often difficult to make this painful decision, but only you can make this choice.
It is important to think about the quality of life of your furry companion.
There are several ways to determine quality of life.
A visual method would be to use a calendar and put a green circle on good days or a red cross on more difficult days for your animal. A few days or weeks later, you will be able to see if your companion has more good or bad days.
You can consult the link below to benefit from advice and to answer a questionnaire on the quality of life via EuthaBag.
Fees vary depending on the type of animal, its weight, the type of cremation chosen, the memorial products and the region where you live.
Call us directly by phone. We have availability almost every day, sometimes the same day.
When the team arrives, we take the time to talk with you and get to know your pet.
There is then a first injection which is given to your animal. This sedation allows them to relax, relieve their pain and make them comfortable.
About ten minutes later, there is the last injection which will cause your animal’s breathing and heart to stop. Then, we leave you the desired time with your animal and we leave with your furry buddy.
There is no precise or definite time. Generally, a euthanasia appointment lasts an average of 30 minutes, but you can take the time you need with your animal. Respect and empathy are of great importance to us, which is why we take the time to accompany you at your own pace.
You have the option of keeping your pet’s body or having it cremated. Our team will be there to guide you in this choice.
